What are the delivery methods?
Your order will be delivered via Balíkovna to your chosen pick-up point or address in Czech Republic and Packeta in Slovakia.
Personal pick-up in Prague – available upon request.
International shipping – available upon request; shipping costs will be provided in advance

How can I track the status of my order?
All parcels are shipped as registered mail with tracking for secure delivery. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the delivery service, which will include a link to tracking your parcel.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated shipping times after payment is received:
- Items in stock: within 14 days
- Made-to-order items: approximately 3-4 weeks
- Custom-made items: approximately 5-6 weeks
