withdraw from contract
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
Custom-made jewellery is exempt. Items made to your individual specifications (non-standard size, specific material, personalisation, etc.) cannot be returned under § 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code. You will always be informed of this before placing a custom order.
how it works
- Fill in the form below within 14 days of receiving your order
- Ship the item back within 14 days of submitting the form – return shipping costs are yours
- The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging
- Your refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the return, via the same payment method.
Warranty still applies to custom orders. Even though custom jewellery cannot be returned, the standard 24-month warranty for manufacturing defects applies in full.
